Work in Progress ....Still :(


It's coming along... not as fast as I would like...but I keep finding myself outside working in the yard. Taking advantage of the cooler days we've had ...FINALLY... and trying to get the landscaping projects I started in the spring finished.
The hand holding the butterfly is my grandsons... when my daughter sent this one I knew it had to go in this piece...it was just meant to be. Hopefully I'll have it done by next Friday...still don't know where it's really going :) 
Thanks to all who welcomed me last week. I think I'm really going to like it here :)

    Gorgeous painting. The cooler weather is welcome. Feels like fall so I guess we are nearing the time to be planting new shrubbery and stuff. I'm glad the earthquake and the hurricane have passed.

    This is lovely! I love playing with citrasolve - your background papers look great and you've layered them so nicely. Are those real ferns in your collage? Can't wait to see how this evolves.

    I love that you used your grandson's hands. It makes the piece so meaningful and special. I know what you mean about getting outside in cooler weather...it is so tempting. It is suppose to cool down a bit where I live & I plan on getting outside too!! :)
